Keelung Micro Travel ("the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
· Account data: when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and the identifier that platform provides, used to create and identify your account.
· Usage records: your points, completed tasks, coupons claimed and redeemed, and the places you save inside the Service.
· Usage counts: how often features are used, such as opening the AI guide or viewing a shop page, recorded with a random anonymous ID generated by the app. It contains no conversation content, is not linked to your account, and is used only to measure how the service performs.
· We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, or any other personal files on your device.
How we use it
The data we collect is used only to provide the features of this Service (sign-in, points, coupons, saved places). It is not sold and not given to unrelated third parties. Coupon redemption records may be shared with the partner shop that redeemed them and with the event organiser, for event statistics.
AI features and third-party services
The AI guide, voice input, voice call, and the AI assistant inside the online ordering page opened within this app are powered by OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) and Google LLC (United States).
· Handled by OpenAI: the AI guide's text conversation, and speech-to-text for voice input.
· Handled by Google (Gemini): spoken replies, the live voice call, and the AI assistant on the ordering page.
· Sent to them: the text you type in a conversation, the audio recorded when you use a voice feature, and — when you use the AI assistant on the ordering page — the names and quantities of the items in your cart.
· Never sent to them: your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, points and coupon records, and your saved places.
It is sent for one purpose only: so the AI can generate a reply for you.
We have confirmed that OpenAI and Google provide equal or stronger protection for this content under their API data usage policies: it is not used to train their models, it is retained only for a limited period and then deleted, and it is not repurposed.
Every AI feature shows an on-screen explanation and asks for your permission before it is used for the first time; nothing is sent unless you accept. Consent for the AI guide can be withdrawn at the bottom of this page at any time; the ordering page asks for and records its own consent. Once withdrawn, the AI features stop sending data.
Storage and protection
Data is stored with Supabase (a hosted database service) and protected with industry-standard encryption and access control. Only you can read your own personal records.

Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your account and the data associated with it. To delete your account, contact us using the address below and we will complete it within a reasonable period.
